Workforce Development Manager
Tracy Power is Workforce Development Manager for BE NKY Growth Partnership.
In this role, she is responsible for leading BE NKY’s workforce initiatives, assisting the company in supporting existing businesses, community partners and companies looking to make a new home in Northern Kentucky. She works closely with prospective and existing economic development clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver customized workforce solutions.
She also oversees BE NKY’s strategic investments in K-12 programs that strengthen the region’s future talent pipeline, including Adopt A Class, TradesNKY, and Learning Grove’s NaviGo College and Career Prep.
Tracy most recently worked as Director of Family Partnerships, Programming and Development at Community Learning Center Institute in Cincinnati and spent 12 years as Resource Hub Director at Roberts Academy in Price Hill. Throughout her career, she has led collaborative workforce, economic development and education initiatives that connect schools, community organizations, employers, and public agencies around shared outcomes.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys reading, riding motorcycles, traveling, and eating delicious food while traveling.
