Covington, KY (April 13, 2026) – Tracy Power joined the BE NKY Growth Partnership team as its new Workforce Development Manager on Feb. 23.
In this role at BE NKY, Power is providing Northern Kentucky businesses with customized workforce solutions, supporting existing businesses, community partners, and companies looking to relocate to the region.
In 2022, BE NKY launched its Build + Elevate NKY Investor Campaign, raising more than $4.6 million and establishing four initiatives integral to regional economic prosperity, including addressing future workforce needs. Power works closely with prospective and existing Northern Kentucky companies to understand their workforce needs and develop customized talent solutions.
Power also manages BE NKY’s investments in K-12 programs that enhance Northern Kentucky’s future talent pipeline. In May 2025, BE NKY, along with EducateNKY and the Spirit of Construction Foundation, announced $860,000 in investments into three Northern Kentucky education non-profit organizations: Learning Grove’s NaviGo College and Career Prep, Adopt A Class, and TradesNKY.
“Tracy has proven experience collaborating with partners at the university, government, business and community levels to provide students and their families with the resources they need to be successful,” said BE NKY Vice President of Economic Development Kimberly Rossetti. “She is an excellent addition to our economic development team, and I will work with her to support Northern Kentucky’s future workforce.”
Power most recently served as Director of Family Partnerships, Programming and Development for the Community Learning Center Institute in Cincinnati, and previously as the first-ever Resource Hub Director at Roberts Academy in Price Hill, where she created conditions for learning and oversaw and managed partnerships and services that helped fill gaps for students and families in the Price Hill community.
Throughout her career, Power has led collaborative workforce, economic development and education initiatives that connected schools, community organizations, employers, and public agencies around shared outcomes. Her work has focused extensively on K-8 systems as well as young adults, designing and scaling programs that expand access to meaningful career pathways, support families, and align education systems with regional workforce needs.
