Cincinnati State’s Aviation Maintenance Technology program is growing from 91 students (2019) to a projected 185 by 2025, with 100% job placement. Epic Flight Academy operates an FAA-certified A&P mechanic school on the CVG campus. The KCTCS offers FAA-certified aviation maintenance courses statewide. The 2024 AERO Act created new state scholarships for aviation career pathways. Within a 75-mile radius of CVG, 25 four-year colleges produce over 5,500 engineering graduates annually.
