A: Yes. LifeSciKY, the only fully equipped biomedical wet lab incubator in the Cincinnati region, opened in December 2025 inside the OneNKY Center in Covington, Kentucky. The facility provides BSL-2-ready lab space, shared instrumentation, and startup support without the capital cost of building a dedicated laboratory. Mitsui Chemicals America’s InnoCell platform became LifeSciKY’s first major international partner in March 2026. The $125 million Commonwealth Center for Biomedical Excellence, which broke ground in June 2026, will add further research and education infrastructure in Covington by 2028.
