The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and BE NKY partnered to offer the Groundwater – Intro to Race Equity workshop, led by the Racial Equity Institute, to business and community leaders in the region in June 2021.
“Our organizations value diversity, equity, and inclusion as integral to economic growth, business success and prosperity for all in Northern Kentucky,” shared BE NKY CEO Lee Crume.
After the workshop, BE NKY CEO Crume and NKY Chamber CEO Brent Cooper published an Op-Ed which clearly articulates the business case for embracing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and includes a call to action for the NKY business community. Read the Op-Ed, here.
