Anthony Cadle

Anthony Cadle is Vice President of Strategy for BE NKY Growth Partnership.

Anthony leads critical community strategic initiatives and strengthens cross-community and cross-company collaboration to support regional economic development, competitiveness and sustainable growth.

Anthony develops BE NKY’s nextNKY Economic Plan, setting strategic goals and benchmarking metrics to guide the region’s economic growth over the next five to 10 years. He also oversees BE NKY’s Economy in Review, an annual report that evaluates the region’s economy, identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and provides actionable outcomes.

Prior to joining BE NKY, Anthony most recently served as Division Manager, Economic Development for the City of Cincinnati Department of Community & Economic Development. During his tenure with the city, he worked to attract and facilitate the creation of more than 3,700 jobs through business retention and expansion strategies and direct engagement with major Cincinnati employers.

Anthony and his wife reside in Cincinnati with their four daughters, where they stay closely connected to the community and enjoy exploring the region’s parks, riverfront, and outdoor spaces.
