The Northern Kentucky Port Authority works to find land companies may be interested in buying for private commercial and industrial construction purposes, makes the property site ready, and promotes the site to companies looking to invest in Boone, Kenton, or Campbell counties.
Although the organization has been in existence since 1968, it has recently undergone a revival. NKPA is currently working on the OneNKY Center at the foot of the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge, a $26 million project that broke ground in late August.
